Round Two Funding for Local Primary Schools |

| Fourteen more primary schools in the Brisbane electorate have received funding for major new infrastructure projects under Round Two of the Primary Schools for 21st Century (P21) programme. |

| The schools are: |

Fortitude Valley State School |
$250,000 for a library |
|
Windsor State School |
$3 million for a multi-purpose hall and a resource centre |
|
Brisbane Grammar School |
$2 million for a multi-purpose centre |
|
Holy Rosary Primary School |
$850,000 for a hall and a library |
|
St Ambrose’s Primary School |
$2 million for a hall |
|
St Columba’s Primary School |
$3 million for a hall and a multi-purpose space |
|
Ferny Grove State School |
$3 million for a multi-purpose hall and a resource centre |
|
Mitchelton State School |
$3 million for a multi-purpose hall and a resource centre |
|
Our Lady of Dolours School |
$2 million for multi-purpose space and a library |
|
Bardon State School |
$2 million for a hall and a library |
|
Ithaca Creek State School |
$2.5 million for a multi-purpose hall and a resource centre |

Milton State School |
$3 million for a library |
|
Mater Dei Parochial School
Holy Spirit School |
$2.5 million for a hall, library and multi-purpose facilities
$2 million for a hall and a library |

| Federal Member for Brisbane Arch Bevis said: “The second round is providing more of our local schools with modern facilities from the Federal Government’s huge investment in education. |
|
| “With construction beginning as soon as possible, there will be support for jobs and small businesses during these difficult times.” |
|
| Applications for Round Three close on 10th July and will see all remaining eligible primary schools receive funding. Funding amounts are based on school enrolments. |
